Henry Morton
President

Henry has previously (co) developed, or is developing almost 3,000 apartment units in Florida, South Carolina, Tennessee, Kentucky, Indiana and Ohio with a value of over $325 million. In addition, he has controlled a property management company which has simultaneously managed in excess of 3,000 leases . Projects developed by him have won awards such as the Portal of Excellence and, additionally, as the top apartment community in Florida.

Previously, he was a senior Consultant with Braxton Associates, the strategy consulting division of Deloitte & Touche, where he was in charge of a number of major projects. He has also been a senior Commercial Account Manager with a Schedule I Canadian chartered bank, and the founding President and principal of Innovative Communications Inc., a successful computer consulting firm.

Henry earned a B.A. in economics from York University and an MBA(Dean's List) from the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University, where he majored in finance, international business and management strategy and policy. In addition, he is involved in a number of charitable and community activities.

Deborah Fitzgibbon
Vice-President

Deborah has over 25 years of experience in the real estate business, initially in single family home development, then multi-family management. She has been involved in the student housing market since 1999 and in the real estate business since 1981 and property management since 1987. Ms. Fitzgibbon is currently responsible for the operations of the management company and has a supportive role in new market research. In addition, she has been involved in all facets of new construction and lease up.

Prior to joining University Housing Property Management, LLC, Deborah was Vice President of Park Central Property Management in Orlando, FL., preceded by various executive and senior management roles. Her portfolios have included conventional, bond and LIHTC communities as well as A+ resort style and student housing properties located primarily in the Southeast and Central United States. A Florida Licensed Sales Associate, she also actively volunteers for various local nonprofit and educational organizations.

Deborah attended the University of Florida.
