Ultimate Student Living, LLLP along with Campus Suites, its principals and employees have been involved in the development and management of student housing for over eight years. Over that time, the company and individuals have established a level of expectation for themselves, the residents, the parents and the surrounding community.

- Strong onsite management supported by a very qualified head office
- Continuing education of staff
- Establishment of Community Assistants (CA) programs such that the CA / peer is the primary and first point of contact for safety, questions/comments and local mentorship.
- Integrity of design ensuring that all communities have current life safety systems in place
- Gated or partially gated communities
- Financial background checks on all guarantors and criminal background checks on all residents and employees
- Willingness to work with local fire and police. Security patrols performed by off duty officers or contract security company. Usually a police officer also lives on site.

- Member of maintenance staff living on site
