Bozeman City Commission Approves Student Housing Community

Bozeman City Commissioners gave the go-ahead Monday night for a new neighborhood with enough apartments to house 500 college students south of Montana State University. The commission voted 4-0 to approve the master site plan for South University District. Belgrade-based RTR Holdings II intends to build group-living style apartments for students, commercial spaces for businesses to serve those students and additional homes or apartments in the future. Click to Read More
