Wyse to install sub-metering at The Quad at York

Wyse has announced a partnership with FCS Development Corporation to deliver turnkey sub-metering solutions to The Quad at York – a new, pre-eminent and purpose-built student housing community on the York University Keele Campus in Toronto.

Envisioned as a major architectural statement, The Quad at York will include 812 beds in two six-storey buildings. The modern, suite-style units will offer students innovative features and amenities, all housed in an environmentally sustainable foundation.
